- 80g unsalted butter, melted & cooled
- 3.5 cups wholemeal flour
- 3.5 tsp baking powder
- 500g apples, peeled & diced
- 3 cups milk, of your choice
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 tbsp natural vanilla extract
1- Preheat oven to 180C
2- Line cupcake tins with patty pans
3- Place flour and baking powder into a bowl & stir to combine
4- In a jug, place milk, bananas, butter, vanilla and diced apple. Whisk to combine.
5- Pour the milk mixture into the flour and gently fold through until just combined.
6- Divide mixture into patty pans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown & cooked through.
