Another favourite afternoon tea recipe, children love this service with vegetable sticks and plain rice crackers.

Ingredients

1 tin beetroot, pureed

1 cup natural yoghurt

1 tbsp minced garlic

Seasonal vegetables cut into dipping sized pieces

Plain rice crackers

Method

  1. Mix pureed beetroot with yoghurt and garlic.  Place into serving dish with vegetable dippers and rice crackers. 

Tip: for a baby-friendly snack, steam vegetable sticks until soft
