Another favourite afternoon tea recipe, children love this service with vegetable sticks and plain rice crackers.
Ingredients
1 tin beetroot, pureed
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonal vegetables cut into dipping sized pieces
Plain rice crackers
Method
- Mix pureed beetroot with yoghurt and garlic. Place into serving dish with vegetable dippers and rice crackers.
Tip: for a baby-friendly snack, steam vegetable sticks until soft
